had training for three consecutive days,mon to wed.
mon and tues train on our own,mon only 6 people came,train what shit lor,then do physical then after that an hour suppose do strategy,but cause only six ppl present,so didn't do much at all. haiz curse those that didn't come for training.
tues more people present,but still didn't reach 10.training that time that bloody wang chao still give attitude,then delay our time somemore.mon never come training,still dare complain bout almost everything,from training programme to strategy. haiz he really damn bastard. heck bout him liao.
wed got training,before that had eng oral training,then remedial. that teo really wasting our time with the remedial sia. eng oral that time shuhuan extra come in early,then in the end wasted her time there completely. oral training that time,was chatting with her via sms almost the whole period.then remedial time,junying reply after her lit remedial which was just next door. then by the time finish remedial,coach already there liao,teaching the sec 1s. then change to jersey liao straight away warm up,ran 10 rounds tech blog. then after that did some free throws. next coach make us train his tactic half the team all sian sian when he teach,no one was giving a care bout what he said lor,then after training,sat down as a team to discuss about what to do about friday's match. then we kinda practiced how to overcome full court press. mr bok taught us a technique,which was very usefull in overcoming the press,after that left school,end up being the last to leave school.
thursday was off day,had a-maths after school, after that went canteen eat with andy and james,then tok tok,andy mum came fetch him.then james and i still sit there tok. then my dad came fetch me,also shun bian drop james at eunos mrt. then went home,shower makan liao,then slp.
friday,yesterday,had our first match of the season against chung cheng high.left class at 10.10.
after that had lunch,then wait for bus,drank the red bull,then went do some shots.then depart for anglican high. then junying sent an sms of encouragement during recess,thanx,really appreciate it. then got on bus liao still smsing,on bus discuss a bit about the opponent weakness. reach anglican,had the whole court to us,did warm up,get did shots. then chung cheng arrive. the match was pure trashing,no lead,no ties,outscored by 40 plus points. played for only less than 5 minutes then get sub by wei lun liao,didn't even get to play as 5 starter. after the match,lecture from the coach,honestly no one was paying any attention to him lor,everyone was depress and he had to kao bei so much. after that went observe tampinese and bedok green match.before the match ended only me martin and mingjiang left.the rest all zhao liao,wheres the teamwork. then after that watch east spring and siglap,was a damn long match, so many timeouts. near the end east spring no.8 got a flagrant foul for scolding vulgarities. after watching went play bball till five plus, then chiong back home cause still nd go victoria concert hall. reach home 6.10,shower then do all the stuffs,left house at 6.30,got on a 63 heading towards aljunied,bloody hell was stuck at ubi till 7,then reach aljunied 7 plus,took 100 but drop at beach road to take taxi,cause getting late liao. took taxi to victoria conert hall,the uncle really very blur sia,shouted the location to him 10 times then he know where to go. then was msing junying,she also rushing there.reach at 7.35,lucky wanjing help me reserve tickets,if not no nd go in le.the concert was great,sat upstairs,had a great view,the ambience of the place was great too. then after concert went with gerald they all go bugis,actually wanted go eat one,but end up buying drink at 7-eleven,then took mrt back with elmo,afiq and the gay,dunno why that gay nd tag along. haiz lucky left with afiq they all,if not i'll end up punching someone. then on the way to bugis,saw wanjing ccy,and adam,they on their way back,took the same train. wanjing almost murdered someone,if we hadn't surrounded her. k left bugis,take train to eunos then take 63 back. then chat on msn till 1 1a.m,went to rest when my dad came and ask me to slp,but still he didn't know that i hadn't slp for a long time.
today had training,woke up 6.30,laze in bed till 7 plus,then wash up,grab a slice of bread then went school.left home at 8 like that. then reach school,only nicholas and yang there only.then training,sky say what today wan train shooting,end up is he tricked us,wan us do physical,first ran ten round bball court,then free throw,all of us miss the shots,so had to do 8 times the shuttle run. after that,ran 12 rounds around tech blog,they made me lead,then failed to complete in 20 minutes,so had to run 5 more rounds. after that,sat together to discuss some things regarding the team. then after that,went eat lunch at katong,then go play lan. came home to an empty house,lucky got bring key,if not i'll be locked out. then shower,eat,then now blogging.
going to jog tml morning,nd build up my stamina,gonna win all the other four matches,gonna make this season the best in years.
