haiz so sian,last nite doze off somewhere after midnite. bish...doze off...in the end get bad dream...haiz so sian...today stone at home...wake up 7 plus...use comp till now...haiz

sian put on back the weight i loss...haiz nvm...will train till i lose till i reach my ideal weight. tml got training,then before that got eng remedial,with the tkk. so sian...all hw not done...gonna die tml
